Crème Brulee Baked Ham
1 Spiraled Ham
¼ cup Brown Butter EVOO
2-3 tsp Mediterranean Rosemary Rub
½ tsp Rosemary Sea Salt
½ cup Crème Brulee Balsamic
½ cup Brown Butter EVOO
Combine Brown Butter Olive Oil, Mediterranean Rosemary Rub, and Rosemary Sea Salt. Rub on ham and then cook ham according to it’s weight.
While that is cooking combine glaze ingredients, Crème Brulee Balsamic, Brown Butter Olive Oil, French Toast Sugar Shaker, and set aside for later.
Once ham is almost done pull out and drizzle the glaze over top saving some for later. Return the ham to the oven to finish cooking.
When the ham is done remove from oven let cool for 5-10 minutes then serve.
