WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY ORDER TO SHIP?
For all validated street addresses, we ship orders within 1-2 workdays of receiving.
HOW DO YOU SHIP?
We ship through either FedEX or USPS depending on what is the best rate. If your shipping address does not accept USPS or FedEX deliveries please let us know in the notes section of your order or reach out to us at email@example.com or call 208.883.3866
DO YOU SHIP TO PO BOXES?
Yes, we are happy to ship to your PO box but please expect an extra delay. PO boxes must be shipped through USPS and requires extra handling. We will send you an email once your order has been shipped.
MY ORDER IS INCORRECT OR MY PACKAGE IS DAMAGED- WHAT NOW?
We apologize for any incorrect or damaged orders! Please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at 208.883.3866 and we will get you a correct or replacement order ASAP!
What are your shipping charges?
Orders of $125 or more qualify for free Standard shipping. This offer is valid for single-destination shipments within the continental United States only. We do charge a flat rate of $12 for all order $149 or less.
Do you ship gift cards?
Yes! We will stick your gift card in a white envelope and send it via the post office. If you want a card to go with it, please let us know we have hundreds of styles of cards you can choose from for $5.95.
Can I ship items to multiple addresses?
To ship items to multiple addresses, simply place a separate order for each shipment. We can't divide the same order into multiple shipments.
Can I ship an order to Canada or other foreign countries, or to US territories overseas?
Unfortunately, we are unable to ship products internationally.
Can I bring in other things to add to my package and you ship it for me?
This was something we used to offer, unfortunately due to loss of packages and damages that happened during shipping. We can no longer offer shipping other things to your loved ones.
Can I add a note?
Yes! We love making sure you & your loved one receiving your gifts get to have the Ampersand experience outside of the store and inside their box. There is an "Add a Note" section at check out. If you missed it feel free to email us at email@example.com and let us know what you would like to say!
