BOOK A PRIVATE PARTY
Booking a private cooking class is a great option if you have a larger party between 8 and 10 people. We do private cooking classes for everything from corporate and team building events to birthday parties and book club group gatherings.
How do I pick a menu?
The menu is up to you! Either give us a specific theme or dish to create a menu around, or choose from one of our many past cooking class menus. Our chefs will work with you to create a menu that everyone will enjoy. If you have food allergies or restrictions we are happy to work with these to customize a menu for you. Just give us a call and we can work out a menu that is sure to inspire!​
How many people can attend?
Our kitchen is intimate and can accommodate up to 10 guests. Please let us know how many people will be attending so we can set the room appropriately.
What is the cost?
Private classes are a flat $450.00 for 1-10 people and we take payment at the time of booking to guarantee the class. It usually takes 4-6 weeks to get on our schedule. We book that far out. Upon confirmation of the class date, our team member from Ampersand will contact you for payment.
WE CAN NOT GIVE REFUNDS FOR PRIVATE PARTIES, HOWEVER, WE WILL WORK WITH YOU TO RESCHEDULE
AS LONG AS IT IS 7 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR CLASS DATE.
Cancellation policy?
We understand that sometimes conflicts arise and want to be as flexible as possible but because of the nature of cooking classes we have a strict 1-week cancellation policy.
What do I need to bring to the party?
The only thing you need to bring are any beverages you would like to enjoy beyond water. We invite you to bring adult beverages and will provide any glassware needed but remind everyone to drink responsibility.
Alright, how do I book a private party?
The first step is filling out a Private Party Request Form. To do this either come in the store or call the location you would like to book at. Once the request has been filled out we begin coordinating with the chef for the requested date and menu. We require at least 3 days to process your request and will contact you with confirmation. Once we have confirmed, payment is required to hold your date. Once you've paid, we do the rest, all you have to do is show up to the party!
