Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase for a refund. Returns require a copy of the receipt and returned merchandise must be in NEW and NOT USED condition with original packaging and instructions. Any refunds due should appear on your bank statement within 4-6 business days (please note that refund times are dictated by the payment provider and are outside our control).

If a discount was applied to your original order, the amount refunded will be adjusted to allow for the revised order value and appropriate discount level.

There are a few items we just can't take back, fresh poured olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and chocolate are items we can't take back. We understand these rules seem a bit harsh and not what you are used to. We are indeed a small business. We pride ourselves on pouring fresh olive oil & vinegar that hasn't sat in the heat or cool of a car, been exposed to light, or exposed to air which oxidizes the oils & vinegars and therefore we can't resell or use them. We invite you to try before you buy so you know you love what you are taking home 100%.
