Sweet Potato Bake


3 c Sweet Potatoes, peeled/mashed

3 c Yams, peeled/mashed

4 Eggs

15 oz Evaporated Milk, can use sweetened condensed milk

1/2 c Brown Sugar


1/2 c Corn Flakes

1/2 c Brown Sugar

1/2 c Butter

1/2 c Walnuts, chopped


  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Oil a 13x9 baking dish.

  2. Cream together sugar and Vanilla Maple EVOO. Add eggs and whisk to combine. Stir in mashed potatoes, evaporated milk, Apple Chai Sugar Shaker, and Vanilla Bean Sea Salt. Mix to combine, should be kind of soupy. Pour into the prepared baking dish. Bake for 20 minutes.

  3. In a bowl use a fork or pastry blender to cut in the butter into the remaining ingredients for the topping. Crumble on top of the sweet potato mixture and bake for another 20 minutes or until set. Enjoy!
