Grilled Balsamic Peaches with Whipped Honey Mascarpone
4 ripe peaches, halved
3 tbsp Sweet Cream Butter EVOO
2 tbsp French Toast Sugar Shaker
Barrel Aged Dark Balsamic, for serving
1 cup mascarpone cheese at room temperature
1 cup heavy whipping cream
3 tbsp Bourbon Honey (Found IN-STORE)
1 tsp Vanilla Bean Sea Salt
Warm olive oil in a grill pan or skillet over medium heat. Place peaches, cut side down, into pan. Let cook until slightly charred, about five minutes. Flip peaches over and sprinkle with French Toast Sugar Shaker.
Turn heat to medium low, cover pan, and cook for 10-15 minutes, or until peaches are very soft.
Meanwhile, make the whipped mascarpone. In a stand mixer, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Place into separate bowl. Whip mascarpone with honey, sugar shaker, and salt until fully combined. Return whipped cream to mixer and whip into mascarpone until fluffy and combined, being careful not to overwhip.
Serve peaches with whipped mascarpone and a generous drizzle of Barrel Aged Dark Balsamic. Enjoy!
