French Carrot Salad


6 carrots, grated

1 bunch radishes, grated

1 cup chopped parsley

1/3 cup Meyer Lemon Balsamic

1/3 cup Garlic and Herb EVOO

1 tbsp Dijon or Honey Mustard

1 tbsp Herb and Garlic Dipper

2 tbsp Wild Garlic Herb Blend

1 tsp Roasted Garlic Sea Salt or Black Garlic Sea Salt


  1. In a large bowl, combine grated carrots, grated radishes, and parsley.

  2. Toss to combine, then set aside. In a large glass measuring cup, whisk together balsamic, mustard, dipper, herb blend, and salt until well combined. Whisking constantly, slowly pour in EVOO. Whisk until dressing is well emulsified.

  3. Pour dressing over salad and toss to coat. Enjoy!
