Dark Chocolate & Red Fruit Summer Salad

24 Cherries, halved

1 Black Plum, sliced

2 cup Strawberries, diced

Dark Chocolate Bar of choice, for grating


  1. In individual serving dishes, layer the fruit.

  2. In a measuring cup combine the Chocolate Espresso Balsamic, Vanilla Maple Olive Oil, Vanilla Bean Sea Salt, and Brownie Batter Sugar Shaker. Whisk until thoroughly emulsified.

  3. Drizzle the dressing over top and then grate some of the dark chocolate bar over top.
