Ingredients:

1/2 cup chopped strawberries

1/2 cup blueberries, cut in half

1/2 cup blackberries

1 tbsp or more diced Jalapeño

1/4 cup diced red onion

2 tbsp lime juice or more to taste

1/4 cup chopped cilantro

Directions:

  1. Wash and prepare the fruit. Leave the blackberries whole or roughly chop them if they're large.

  2. In a medium bowl, combine the strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, diced jalapeño, red onion, and cilantro.

  3. In a small bowl or measuring cup, whisk together the lime juice, blueberry extra virgin olive oil, Huckleberry Balsamic, and Lime Fresco sea salt until well combined.

  4. Pour the dressing over the fruit mixture and gently fold everything together, being careful not to crush the berries.

  5. Taste and adjust as needed. Add more lime juice for extra brightness, more jalapeño for heat, or a pinch more sea salt to enhance the flavors.

  6. Cover and refrigerate for 15–30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld before serving.

  7. Serve chilled with tortilla chips, over grilled fish or chicken, on tacos, or as a fresh topping for salads or grain bowls.
