Blackberry Smoothie Bowl with Lavender Granola
This smoothie bowl is a delightful blend of creamy blackberry smoothie with crunchy lavender granola. It is a refreshing, flavorful, and nutritious breakfast, offering a perfect balance of sweetness and floral notes for a delicious start to your day!
Ingredients:
For the Smoothie
1 Cup Frozen Blackberries
1/2 Cup Coconut Water or
Non Dairy Milk
1 Banana
1 Scoop of Vanilla Protein
Power or a Scoop of Greek
Yogurt
1 Handful of Spinach
3 TBS Blackberry Barrel Age Balsamic Vinegar + More for Topping
Garnish Fresh Berries and
Lavender Granola
For the Granola
2 Cups Whole Rolled Oats
1/2 Cup Slivered Almonds
1/2 Cup Coconut Flakes
1/2 tsp Vanilla Bean Sea Salt
5 TBSP Lavender Infused EVOO
1/4 Cup Maple Syrup or Honey
2 TBSP Creamy Almond Butter
1/8 Cup Flax Seed
1/8 Cup Hemp Seeds
Directions:
Preheat oven to 300 degrees, prepare your baking sheet and line with parchment paper.
2. In a medium bowl mix all the granola ingredients.
3. Press the granola onto your prepared sheet, this will help the
granola clump. You can add more oil if you need more binding for
clumping.
4. Bake for 30 min, rotating your sheet at the 15 min mark. Let
cool and break apart when cool enough. Store in an airtight
container
5. For the smoothie, blend all ingredients together to desired
consistency. Scrape out the smoothie in to your favorite bowl and
top with your favorite toppings, granola and a drizzle of vinegar.
