Black Tie Greek Salad
8 oz Farfalline Zebra Artisan Pasta
1 1/2 c Grape Tomatoes, halved
1 Cucumber, seeded & quartered
1 Bell Pepper, diced
1/2 Red Onion, diced
1/2 c Kalamata Olives, drained & sliced
2/3 c Feta, crumbled or cubed
1/4 c Parsley, fresh & chopped
1/4 c Water
2 Tbsp Cloister Lemon Whipped Honey
1 tsp Terrapin Ridge Creamy Garlic Mustard
2 Garlic Cloves, minced
1/4 tsp Pepper, freshly ground
Boil pasta accordingly. Set aside and let cool. Combine all salad ingredients in a large bowl and give a toss.
In a small bowl, whisk together all the dressing ingredients. Drizzle over salad, and toss to combine. Serve and enjoy!
