Lavender Mimosas


2-3 cups Orange Juice

1/4 cup Lavender Simple Syrup

1 bottle Champagne, chilled

Lavender Simple Syrup

2 Tbsp Water

2 Tbsp Sugar

1 Tsp Lavender Extract


Simple Syrup-

Make a simple syrup by combining the water and sugar in a small saucepan over high heat. Stir until sugar is dissolved then remove from heat. Mix in tangy tangerine vinegar and lavender extract and let cool.

Mimosa -

  1. Combine orange juice and simple syrup into a pitcher. Stir to combine.

  2. Fill individual glasses 1/3 full with lavender orange juice.

  3. Top with chilled champagne. Enjoy!
