2-3 cups Orange Juice
1/4 cup Lavender Simple Syrup
1 bottle Champagne, chilled
Lavender Simple Syrup
2 Tbsp Water
2 Tbsp Sugar
4 ½ Tsp Tangy Tangerine Balsamic Vinegar
1 Tsp Lavender Extract
Make a simple syrup by combining the water and sugar in a small saucepan over high heat. Stir until sugar is dissolved then remove from heat. Mix in tangy tangerine vinegar and lavender extract and let cool.
Combine orange juice and simple syrup into a pitcher. Stir to combine.
Fill individual glasses 1/3 full with lavender orange juice.
Top with chilled champagne. Enjoy!
