Rosemary Apple Tart
1 granny smith apple, thinly sliced
1/2 c white cheddar, shredded
1 sheet puff pastry
Vanilla Cloister Honey, found in store
fresh thyme, garnishing
1 Tbsp Wild Rosemary EVOO
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, lay sheet of puff pastry.
Brush Wild Rosemary EVOO along puff pastry, then sprinkle white cheddar cheese along pastry making sure to leave a 1 inch border.
Lay apple slices in your desired design on pastry, then sprinkle sea salt across. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown. Drizzle Vanilla Cloister honey over tart and enjoy! Best served warm.
