1/2 lb Garlic Cloves, peeled
2/3 c White Balsamic
1/3 c Water
1 tsp Citrus Dill Sea Salt
1 Tbsp Sugar
3-4 Dill Sprigs
1/2 tsp Sweet Smoked Chili Rub
Add White Balsamic, water, Citrus Dill Sea Salt, and sugar to a saucepan and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low, and simmer for 2-3 minutes stirring constantly until sugar and salt are dissolved.
Add garlic cloves to a 16 oz mason jar along with Sweet Smoked Chili Rub and dill sprigs. Pour warm solution over garlic and let cool to room temperature.
Cover with a lid and store in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before enjoying.
Pickled garlic is great for charcuterie boards, antipasto salads, sauteed vegetables, cocktail garnish, and even on sandwiches.
