5oz Greek Yogurt
1 tbsp Dill Olive Oil
1/4 cup Shredded Cucumber
Citrus Dill Sea Salt & Fresh Ground Black Pepper, to taste
1. Grate the cucumber into a piece of cheesecloth or two paper towels. Squeeze out the water.
2. In a bowl combine the cucumber, yogurt, oil and vinegar. Mix until well combined and season to taste with salt and pepper.
3. Serve with veggies and pita or on the side of grilled chicken or beef. Enjoy!
