Enjoy this flavorful Pineapple Marinated Flank Steak, this marinade is great for steak, chicken, and pork. Great served on a bed of fresh greens or even on a shish kabob!
Flank Steak, about 2 pounds
Pinch of Thai Ginger Sea Salt
1/2 Cup Tahitian Lime EVOO
¾ cup Pineapple Balsamic Vinegar
1/2 cup Soy Sauce
2 tablespoons packed Lime Zest
1/4 cup fresh Lime Juice
2 TBS Garlic & Herb Dipper
4 Garlic Cloves, grated
2 teaspoons grated Ginger
1. Combine every ingredient for the marinade in a bowl and whisk to mix well. Pour over steak, let marinade for at least 4 hours or all day.
2. Discard excess marinade and grill, pan fry or broil about 6-8 min per side for medium rare,
depending on the thickness of your steak. Let
steak rest for 5 min and slice thinly and serve on
top of a salad or with grilled or roasted veggies.
