Coffee Roasted Sweet Potato Fries with Smoked Maple Aioli

A simple side that has a twist. Our coffee rub takes any dish to a new level. It will not disappoint. Do not forget to add the delicious mayo dipping sauce.


1 Yam (orange in color)

2 Tbsp Mayo


  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.

  2. Cut the yam into think strips (the thinner you cut them, the crispier they will get).

  3. Arrange the yam in a single layer on a baking sheet.

  4. Drizzle with oil and sprinkle evenly with the coffee rub.

  5. Bake for 30-40 minutes, until golden and crispy.

  6. Toss with a sprinkle of Australian sea salt.

  7. In a small bowl combine the smoked maple sauce and mayo. Serve as a dip for the coffee roasted fries.
