Strawberry Flatbread


Ingredients:

Flatbread, of choice

½ cup Mozzarella Cheese

1 ¼ cup Strawberries, sliced

Australian Flake Sea Salt or Vanilla Bean Sea Salt

½ cup Feta Cheese, crumbled

8 Basil Leaves, chiffonade ¼ cup Strawberry Balsamic


Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 425 F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. Sprinkle mozzarella over the flatbread and try to make the layer even, making sure to leave the edges free. Sprinkle with salt, then place all the strawberries.

  3. Bake in the oven for about 15-20 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the crust is golden brown.

  4. Sprinkle the flatbread with basil and drizzle with balsamic. Enjoy!
