Greek Tzatziki Dip
The perfect refreshing dip to go with cracker, veggies, and Greek Chicken Bowls.
1 ½ cups full-fat Greek yogurt
2 TBS Dill EVOO
½ tsp Citrus Dill Sea Salt
½ large English Cucumber, finely grated
In a medium bowl, add the Greek yogurt, olive oil, salt, & rub. Stir to combine. Cover and refrigerate for at least one hour or overnight.
Just before serving, grate cucumber & squeeze into paper towel to dry. Stir in the cucumber in with the yogurt &enjoy!
