Daikon Radish Coleslaw


1 Daikon Radish, shredded

1 Carrot, shredded

1 cup Cabbage, shredded

¼ cup Parsley, finely chopped

1 Garlic Clove, minced

1 tbs Lemon juice

½ cup Mayo

1 tsp Roasted Garlic Sea Salt or Australian Flake Sea Salt


  1. In a measuring cup combine mayo, balsamic, lemon juice, salt and dipper.

  2. In a bowl combine daikon, carrot, cabbage, parsley, and garlic.

  3. Pour dressing over slaw, toss, and enjoy immediately or put in fridge over night to let marinate in dressing.
