Ingredients:
Pancakes:
1 ½ cup Flour
2 tsp Baking Powder
¼ tsp Vanilla Bean Sea Salt
2 Ripe Bananas, mashed
2 Tbsp Sweet Cream EVOO
1 Egg
¾ cup Buttermilk
¼ cup Brown Sugar, packed
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
Syrup:
½ cup Butter
½ cup Sugar
¼ cup Buttermilk
2 tbs Bourbon Balsamic Vinegar
½ tsp Baking Soda
Directions for Pancakes:
In a large bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and Vanilla Bean Sea Salt.
In a separate bowl, whisk mashed bananas, Sweet Cream EVOO, egg, buttermilk, brown sugar, and vanilla. Combine wet ingredients to dry ingredients with a rubber spatula. Batter will be thick.
Heat a pan or griddle over medium heat and grease with butter. Drop batter in approx.1/3 c portions, spreading batter out in a circle. Cook until bubbles form, might be hard since batter is thick. Flip and continue cooking until golden brown or cooked through. Serve hot!

Remove from heat and add Bourbon Balsamic and baking soda. Serve warm, enjoy!
