Avocado Egg Salad
4 Eggs, Hard Boiled
½ tsp Roasted Garlic Sea Salt
½ tsp Fresh Cracked Black Pepper
¼ c Mayonnaise
2 tsp Creamy Garlic Mustard by Terrapin Ridge
2 tsp Roasted Garlic Balsamic
1 Stalk Green Onion, chopped
Bring a pot of water to a boil. Add eggs and boil for 11 minutes. Remove and immediately place in an ice bath. When cooled down, peel and cut eggs in half. Place egg yolks in a bowl. Chop egg whites and place in a separate bowl.
Mash egg yolks, avocado, Roasted Garlic Balsamic, Smokey Bacon Sea Salt, pepper, mayo, and Creamy Garlic Mustard in a bowl until well combined. Add in chopped egg whites and green onion, fold in. Enjoy!
