Pink Peppercorn Champagne Cocktail
2 oz Gin
½ oz fresh Lemon juice
½ oz Lavender Simple Syrup
¼ oz Pink Peppercorns
Champagne for topping
In a Cocktail Shaker, muddle the peppercorns. Add a scoop of ice plus the gin, lemon juice, vinegar and simple syrup. Shake until well chilled. Strain into a cold glass. Top with champagne and serve.
