Pear & Walnut Salad
Dressing:
1/4 cup Wild Rosemary EVOO
1/4 cup Crisp Anjou Pear Balsamic
2 tbs Champagne Garlic Honey Mustard (found in store)
3 tsp Lemon Juice
Rosemary Sea Salt, to taste
Salad:
Mixed Greens
2 Pears, sliced
1/3 cup Walnuts, chopped
1/4 cup Feta, crumbled
Directions:
Whisk together all the ingredients for the dressing until well combined.
In a large bowl add in your greens and toss with dressing.
Serve salad and top with pear slices, walnuts, and feta.
