Pear & Walnut Salad


1/4 cup Wild Rosemary EVOO

1/4 cup Crisp Anjou Pear Balsamic

2 tbs Champagne Garlic Honey Mustard (found in store)

3 tsp Lemon Juice

Rosemary Sea Salt, to taste


Mixed Greens

2 Pears, sliced

1/3 cup Walnuts, chopped

1/4 cup Feta, crumbled


  1. Whisk together all the ingredients for the dressing until well combined.

  2. In a large bowl add in your greens and toss with dressing.

  3. Serve salad and top with pear slices, walnuts, and feta.
