Mini Poppyseed Fruit Salad


1-2 English Cucumbers, cubed small

1 pkg Strawberries, cubed small

1 pkg Blueberries

2- Basil Leaves, chiffonade

1 tbs Poppyseeds

1-2 small pinches of Vanilla Bean Sea Salt


1. In a bowl combine all fruits and the cucumber. Toss gently to prevent crushing the berries.

2. In a measuring cup combine the Sicilian Lemon EVOO, Summer Peach Balsamic, poppyseeds, and the Vanilla Bean Sea Salt. Whisk until well emulsified. Pour this dressing over the fruit and cucumber, toss the mixture gently.

3. In little serving cups add the fruit salad and top with some of the sliced basil and enjoy!
