Herb Roasted Radishes


3 bunches radishes, quartered

2 tsp Roasted Garlic Sea Salt or Black Garlic Sea Salt

Chopped parsley, for serving


  1. Preheat oven to 400F. Line a small baking tray with foil and spread radishes across it.

  2. Drizzle with EVOO and sprinkle with dipper and salt. Toss to coat.

  3. Roast radishes for 20-25 minutes, until soft and slightly browned. If desired, turn oven to broil for final two minutes to crisp slightly. To serve, sprinkle with chopped parsley.
