Garlicky White Bean Dip
1 can white or cannellini beans, drained
1 clove garlic
½ tsp smoked paprika
½ tsp freshly ground black pepper
½ tsp Roasted Garlic Sea Salt
Zest of 1 lemon
1 tbsp lemon juice
3 tbsp Caramelized Garlic EVOO
Chopped parsley, for garnish
Add all ingredients except for Caramelized Garlic EVOO and parsley to a food processor and blend until smooth.
While food processor is running, slowly drizzle in olive oil.
Serve dip with an extra sprinkle of smoked paprika and black pepper, and some chopped parsley for garnish. Enjoy!
