Garlic Bok Choy


2 Garlic Cloves, minced

1 Shallot, diced

1 lb. Baby Bok Choy, rinsed, cut into quarters, with core intact


  1. Heat oil in a large skillet or a wok over medium-high heat.

  2. In a small bowl, mix balsamic and rub; set aside.

  3. To your hot pan add garlic and shallot and cook, stirring for 30 seconds.

  4. Add Bok Choy, then add in balsamic & rub mixture, add in 2 tbs of water then cover immediately.

  5. Cook for 1 minute. Uncover and toss, then cover and cook until bok choy is tender at the core, about 3 minutes.

  6. Plate and enjoy!
