Chili Lime Kale Chips


2 bunches kale


  1. Preheat oven to 300F.

  2. Wash kale and pat well with a paper towel to dry. De-stem and tear kale leaves into large pieces.

  3. Place kale into a large bowl. Drizzle in Vera Cruz Chili Pepper EVOO, then add Chipotle Lime Rub and Lime Fresco Sea Salt. Massage or toss kale to evenly distribute oil and seasonings.

  4. Lay kale onto two baking trays, making sure there is a no more than a single layer of kale on each tray.

  5. Bake for 10-15 minutes, stirring kale and rotating tray often, until leaves are crisp.

  6. Let cool and enjoy!
