Applewood Smoked Sliders

3 Tbsp Smoked Balsamic Vinegar
1 Tbsp Sweet Smoked Chili Rub
1 tsp Applewood Smoked Sea Salt
1/2 tsp Black Pepper
1lb Ground beef
Havarti Cheese, sliced
Slider Buns or Rolls, sliced
Mayonnaise or Butter
Butter Lettuce
Red Onion, thin sliced


1. Combine ground beef, Smoked balsamic vinegar, Sweet Smoked Chili Rub, Applewood Smoked Sea Salt, and black pepper in a large bowl. Mix with hands and form into 3 inch
wide patties that are about 1 inch thick.
2. Heat grill or cast iron skillet to medium-high. Cook patties for
3-4 minutes and flip cooking for another 3-4 minutes. Patties
should register 160 degrees F when fully cooked through.
3. To melt cheese on patties, cover your grill or pan and turn the
heat off, the residual heat should melt the cheese after 2-3
minutes. Serve sliders with mayonnaise, butter lettuce, and red
