Cinnamon Sugar Ice Cream
1 1/2 cups Heavy Whipping Cream
1 1/2 cups Half & Half
1/2 cup Sweet Cream Butter EVOO
1/3 cup Confectioners Sugar
3 Tbsp Sugar & Spice Dipper
3 tsp Ground Cinnamon
1/2 tsp Vanilla Bean Sea Salt
1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and whisk until the sugar is disolved.
2. Pour in to a pre-chilled ice cream churner and churn according to its instructions. Once it’s a soft serve consistency, pour half of the batter into a freezer safe container. Sprinkle cinnamon evenly and then pour the rest of the batter on top.
3.*If you do not have an ice cream churner, whisk a tablespoon of rum or bourbon in the batter and combine until sugar is dissolved. Place in a freezer safe container and freeze over
night before serving.
4. Freeze for at least 2 hours before serving. Serve with an extra
sprinkle of Vanilla Bean Sea Salt on top.
