Apple Pecan Salad With Springtime Vinaigrette


1/2 tsp Pecan Honey Mustard (find in store)

2 Tbsp Vinegar (Peach Balsamic or Meyer Lemon White Balsamic)

2 Tbsp Basil Genovese EVOO

1/4 tsp Sea Salt (Vanilla Bean or Sel Gris)

Fresh Ground Black Pepper to taste

4 cups Mixed Greens

1 Apple, cored and sliced thin

1/4 cup Pecans

1/4 cup Goat Cheese, crumbled


  1. In a medium size bowl, whisk together the mustard and vinegar. While whisking, slowly drizzle in the olive oil. Add salt and pepper to taste.

  2. Toss the greens, apples, pecans, and goat cheese with the dressing. Enjoy! Optional: garnish with fresh or dried lavender for a hint of color.
