1 baguette, sliced
1 wheel brie, sliced
2 cups sliced strawberries
1 tbsp fresh thyme leaves (optional)
Tuscan Herb EVOO
Strawberry White Balsamic Vinegar
Lay baguette slices on a foil-lined baking and drizzle with Tuscan Herb EVOO. Place under broiler for 1-2 minutes, until golden. Remove from oven.
Top each slice with a piece of brie. Return to broiler for 1-2 minutes, until brie is soft and gooey. Remove.
Lay 2-3 strawberry slices across each crostini. Top with a sprinkle of fresh thyme leaves, if desired, and a generous drizzle of Strawberry White Balsamic Vinegar. Serve and enjoy!
