Kiwi Goddess Cocktail

Ingredients:

½ kiwi, peeled

2 oz Gin

1 oz Simple Syrup

2 Tbsp Strawberry Balsamic

Soda Water

Kiwi slice, peeled, for garnish

Directions:

1. In a cocktail shaker, muddle the kiwi until it is broken down. Add gin, simple syrup and strawberry balsamic.

2. Fill the cocktail shaker with ice, cover and shake until shaker frosts up. Strain into a glass.

3. Fill glass with ice, and then soda water. Pour kiwi pulp from strainer over the top of drink and garnish with slice
