Blacken Jerk Salmon


1lb-1.5lb Salmon Filet

1/2 cup Honey Balsamic Vinegar

1/4 cup Sicilian Lemon EVOO

1/2 tsp Black Garlic Sea Salt

1/4 tsp Black Pepper, fresh ground

2 Tbsp Jamaican Jerk Seasoning (Find in Store)

1 cup Micro greens, for garnish

1. Combine salmon with honey balsamic, lemon olive oil, black garlic sea salt, and pepper in a large ziploc bag. Marinate at least 30 minute or up to 2 hours.

2. Preheat broiler on high and set oven rack 9-12 inches from top element. Place salmon on a baking sheet skin side down and brush top with remaining marinade. Coat evenly with jerk seasoning pressing lightly to adhere.

3. Roast for 6-8 minutes or until salmon is opaque and flaky when a fork is inserted and top is almost black. Garnish with micro greens and serve
