Prepare 2-3 cups of chicken stock and set aside. Spoon ½ cup of the turkey drippings to a saucepan and heat. Sprinkle with ½ cup flour and whisk to create a smooth the paste. Add 2 Tbsp Dark Balsamic Vinegar Vinegar and stir. Add stock, ½ cup at a time, whisking until you have the perfect consistency.
