Avocado Tartine


1 large loaf of Rustic Atrtisan Bread sliced thick

Mount Egaleo Greek Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Avocado Hummus or Avocado smashed (see recipe card)

2 Avocados sliced

Lemon Zest for topping

Cherrry Tomatoes quartered

Sea Salt (Cumin Spice or Roasted Garlic) to taste


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Drizzle the slices of bread with olive oil and bake until golden, about 10 minutes.

  2. Spread the smashed avocado or avocado hummus across the toasted bread. Top with sliced avocado, tomatoes, a sprinkle of sea salt, and lemon zest. Cut each tartine into triangles and drizzle with more Greek olive oil. Enjoy!
