Yield: About 2 cups
½ cup White or Red Miso Paste
1 cup Vegetable Broth
¼ cup Dark Balsamic Vinegar
2 tbsp Black Garlic Shiitake Rub
2 Garlic Cloves
1. Combine all the ingredients together in a blender. Puree for 10-15 seconds until everything is well combined.
2. Before serving, pour the gravy into a sauce pot and heat over medium heat until warmed all the way through.
