Balsamic Bloody Mary

Yields: 4 Drinks

 

24 oz Tomato Juice

1 tsp Piri Piri World Spice Blend

1 tbsp Fresh Ground Black Pepper

Juice of 1 Lemon and 1 Lime

2 tbsp Horseradish

1 tsp Bourbon Barrel Aged Worcestershire

Tabasco to taste

8 oz Vodka

4 Celery Stalks

1 lime

4 tsp. Dark Balsamic Vinegar

Spicy Bacon Sea Salt

 

1, In a large pitcher, combine the tomato juice, piri piri, black pepper, citrus juices, horseradish, Worcestershire sauce, and Tabasco and stir well to combine. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.

2.Rub the rim of each glass with a lime wedge and dip into the bacon sea salt. Fill glasses with ice. Add 2 ounces vodka to each and fill 3/4 full with the bloody mary mix. Place 1 celery stalk in each glass and squeeze a lime wedge over each glass before dropping the wedge into the glass. Float a teaspoon of balsamic vinegar on the top of each drink and serve.
