20 Brussels Sprouts, halved
3 Tbsp Olive Oil (Caramelized Garlic or Veracruz Chili)
1 tsp Sriracha Sea Salt
1/2 tsp Black Pepper
3 slices Bacon, diced small
2-3 TBS Sriracha Balsamic Vinegar
1. Preheat oven to 400 F.
2. Arrange the halved brussels sprouts evenly on a baking sheet.
Season with salt and pepper.
3. Drizzle with olive oil, toss to coat evenly, and roast for 15 minutes.
4. Remove from oven and add the sriracha vinegar and bacon. Roast another 5-10 minutes.
