Quick & Tangy Citrus Pickled Cucumbers


2 Cucumbers sliced

1/2 cup Prosecco Wine Vinegar

2 Tbsp Sugar

2 tsp Garlic & Herb Dipper

1/8 tsp Ground Black Pepper

3/4 tsp Lime Fresco Sea Salt

2 Tbsp Shallot chopped

1 Tbsp Lemon Juice


  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the cucumbers, vinegar, sugar, dipper, pepper, salt, chopped shallot, and lemon juice. Toss, cover and chill for 4 hours.
